Help! No audio tracks in STP when sent from FCP

This has never happened before. Sent a sequence from FCP 7 to STP and the video is there - but no audio at all. All blank. Tried openeing old projects and they seem to be fine. But anything new and there's no audio.

Please help! Dealine looming on a rather big project!

Ok, there seems to be a connection with nested sequences. I've just sent a separate pre graded sequence and it's fine.... any ideas how to do the audio for the full nested sequences? Surely you don't have to do them one by one?!
