Works fine on mine, I just have to remember to turn it off. What is not working?

P.S. If the phone is on (lit up) then DND will not work by design.

I agree, I sure it is from ios 6.1.3. no matter what schedule time i set i get the moon, i go back to setting and it has gone off again. Come on apple n:(

its the schedule, you have to goto notifications for the seting on DND after turning on. !!
