How do I delete winzipbar toolbar from my computer

I didn´t know where else to ask this...

I cant delete winzipbar toolbar from my windows 7 PC computer.

I right click on it from control panel and choose uninstall and nothing happens!

I have done the same for other programs and it works, but not for that one!!

What should I do?

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012)
