lost iphone 5 sprint

today i lost my iphone 5 how can i get a new one dose apple care cover i paid 100 dollars for it when i bought it from sprint

Did you buy insurance on it when you purchased it from Sprint? Did you pay for it with a credit card that has insurance coverage.
