The vast majority never have issues with iOS updates.

If the device is under warranty and the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect, Apple will replace it at no cost.

Bought my ipad4 in May. New to iPads. Have it all sorted apart from Bluetooth. My ipad will not find any of my blue tooth devices. The search wheel keeps turning and turning. Yes Bluetooth is turned on. But I do not have any Bluetooth symbol at the top of the screen. I have the latest updates. Is my ipad 4 faulty. Your help would be appreciated.

iOS does not support Bluetooth file sharing.

Sorry, new to this group also. I have an HP printer with blue tooth which I use with my PC without problems. I also have a Samsung Galaxy Ace phone with Bluetooth. My ipad does not see either of these devices.

That is not a supported feature of iOS.

You might be able to print to that printer via an app from HP.

The only wireless printing support for iOS is AirPrint.
