How do I make the track bigger so I can see it?

I can't figure out how to make the track bigger so I can see it. Also, I want to stretch it out so I can refine where I split a track. Does anybody know how to do this?

Mac mini (Late 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

I meant to put this in GarageBand for Mac because I thought I was in that board. Sorry. Just ignore it as I cannot figure out how to delete it.
