The GPU on a MBP is an integral part of the logic board and there is no practical method for changing it. If the graphics performance is not to your liking, then the only alternative is to get a MBP with a superior GPU.

Can I just buy a new logic board and replace the old one? I dont need a better GPU, I just want my screen to not be distorted.
Replacing the mainboard replaces all the logic in your MacBook. Everything except the case, drives and screen. Take a look at illustrated tear-down guides at ifixit.com to see whether this is something you can do. Then look at their list of available parts to get an idea of the used parts cost.
Some see this as an interesting adventure, others as hopeless, risky drudgery.
