HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY CONTACTS TO MY IPAD FROM MY PHONE?

I would like to have the same contacts I have in my phone in the Ipad. I have a Samsung Note cel phone. How can I do this. I actually did not register my Ipad iin a cellular plan eventhough my Ipad has the celullar option.

if you can get the contacts onto your computer you can sync htem to your iPad.

The tedious but works way can be to mail them to yourself from your phone, then open that mail on your iPad and save it from there.
