Time Capsule hasn't backed up for a month

Thought i had solved this yesterday but it seems not. This is the message I am getting

The backup disk image “/Volumes/deborah nixon's Time Capsul/deborah nixon’s MacBook Pro.sparsebundle” could not be accessed (error -1).

Not sure what to do.... Appreciate any assistane

That is a good point ex I'm on all day long..... but I will keep track of scheduled back up times. It's rare that I'm only on for 45 minutes. This is my work computer.
