why ipod touch no longer will sync
My new iPod touch synched when I first transferred from my old iPod Touch. Why will it no longer synch?

What happens when you try? Error message?

I removed and reinstalled JAVA on my computer and then I was able to sync. Prior to that it got stuck in "updating 2 out of 8" forever. I am still getting an error message when I open iTunes: "an unknown error message occurred (42110)" . I click to go beyond the error message and iTunes opens. Any thoughts on why that happens? Thanks

This alert is related to iTunes Store movie rentals and authorization issues.
Make sure you are using the most recent version of iTunes and QuickTime. They both can be downloaded free of charge.
If your iTunes is up to date, remove the SC Info folder.
