Signing into both iTunes and iCloud is the only thing that has worked for me. Usually my wife is signed into iCloud for photos and I am signed into the iTunes Store for iTunes Match. At least this is a workaround for now.

[UPDATE] I take that back. It's more stable now but it didn't even play one gull song before giving me the error. I'm starting to think the servers are becoming overloaded with all the holiday traffic. I NEVER a have this problem any normal days of the year and I use iTunes Match a lot.

[UPDATE 2] and now iTunes Rafio won't even work. Switching to Pandora (with no issues 😉).

Shortly after I posted, my content became available to us again. Never logged out or anything. I restarted a few times. But it didn't work. But after I posted, it did. Weird.

I'Ve restarted the AppleTV, the router. I've signed out of itunes and icloud, then restarted and signed back in. Pulled the plug on my device and still no movies that I've purchased. Apple please help!

just tried showing off Apple TV vs potential Amazon prime buyers. clearly it did not go well. restarted. logged out and in. same problem continues to embarrass. understand holidays but this would be like me saying Mondays don't work for me.

You do realize Apple doesn't monitor these forums.

It is NOT appropriate for the consumer to pay for Apples inefficiency! Everyone here is talking about how THEY are doing the work. If you go to a movie with the family and the show suddenly stops...what does the theatre do?

YES APPLE, time to pay up. This is the appropriate thing to do. Every time this happens I want a refund of the movie I purchase, and two new ticket to a show (free movie)...because that is what any business would do if they pulled the rug out from under you.

And if apple doesn't monitor this site, then please like this post...and then forward to friend who went through the same thing on Thanks Giving weekend.

Same here AUS. Driving me insane has been going on for weeks.... Can not stream from icloud! I cant believe they are charging for a product that doesn't work.

Yes, I tend to agree. I noticed it since 5am EDT but the Apple status report says everything is wonderful so maybe it is just expectation management instead of information.

Same problem. I've done everything that I note others tried and sometimes worked. For them. Not for me. So angry now!
