For my new Generation 3 IPAD I purchased ITUNES Connect and when I try to log on I get error: "Authentication Error Cannot find iTunes connect user (2002) (2002).... I have tried everything and cannot fix. THe account name and password are correct but it will not accept them.

No I hever got any answers and have not been able to resolve my problem. I just chaulked it up to the fact that I should not have purchased an IPAD.
I was having the same problem. First, I thought it was the fact that I had used my PayPal account on my home computer but that the iPhone can't do PayPal. Now...I just went to the app menu...punched "Music"...hit iradio...and it started up! Try it.
Has a solution for this error been made available yet? I don't want to be a developer etc, I just want to share files with my other devices. I don't understand how the 2002 error is involved in this. I have an operating iBook account which is Alec mentioned in the error.
