My 2011 21,5 inch iMac has got stuck in headphones mode, I am in System Preferences and it says that there are headphones plugged in my Mac.
I can't use neither headphones nor internal speakers (I checked the jack and it's clean and there's nothing in it)
What can I do? Please help me. Thank you.

First, try connecting and disconnecting headphones again, so your speakers should be working as usual after doing it.
If it doesn't work, try resetting the PRAM > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964 This will reset the speakers information, so the speakers should work again
