my podcast app keeps crashing on ios 6.1.2

I would love to know a solution to this as mine is doing the same thing.

I have tried deleting and re-installing the app too...

What hardware are you using? It has been working fine for me on my ipad, but other people have been complaining about problems with podcasts and their iphone 4s.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one. Very frustrated. Hope apple fixes this soon!

I even reinstalled the Podcast app and resynced it, but still no go.

Same, I have deleted the App, restarted the device and re-sintalled the App and then synced it and it still crashes... Only on certain Podcasts though, strange!

I too have been suffering from the same problem but had been enjoying the new interface till now.

I was only crashing for a particular podcast as well. Maybe it was just a corrupt file? Or Apple changed something on them and those podcasts didn't get to update in time.

I have the same problem on my iPhone 4s. Podcasts that always crash after some 10 seconds are Hardwell and Tiesto. Sometimes also others crash after some seconds. Very annoying. With iOS 6.1. everything was fine, then with 6.1.1 the problems started and no improvement with 6.1.2.

When playing podcasts on my iMac everything is fine. On my other iOS 6.1.2 device, iPad 3rd generation, also everything is fine. So apparently this has to do something with the iPhone 4s itself?!

Please, someone, do somthing about it!

Ha! I'm having problems with Hardwell and Tiësto too!

Ditto! I'm having problems listening to Hardwell's HOA108 (Set from Ultra13)... Had to download it from YouTube instead!!

Pretty sure the Podcast app is anti EDM. My Nicky Romero podcast won't play either.

Same here Hardwell crashes all the time and Nicky Romero sometimes.

10 seconds is all i get.
