I thought of that problem is I have no backup phone and my iphone will not load to make the call. This is why Apple should have online support some place but from what I see sofar they dont.

Anyone please help me, I have an iphone 3GS, yesterday i was charging it and it reached almost quarter the battery. Once it shuts off and gave me a black screen without the spining circle. I tried to plug it in electricity and it doesn't work also and turned hot . I tried to plug it into my laptop, itunes didn't recognize it and doesn't open.
WHAT CAN I DO, I NEED IT TODAY TERRIBLY ....please help me
Charge for 15 minutes with the wall charger. Then hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until something happens. There are 3 common possible results:

My son goes to SLU & he went to an Apple store in Baton Rouge on Sherwood Forest Blvd. Also, I think there is one in or near one of the Malls... not sure which... either Metairie or Slidell, LA.. I from venezuelan and my city dont have any service department . I think that any friend when travel to USA can to carry my iphone 4S to repair or replace for other new. For this reason i would like to know the price the both option
Apple will only replace the phone if it has a hardware defect. The cost for a 4S is $199.
