Is there a Find Friends for the Mac?

seems to indicate that there is. That in addition to the Find Friends app for mobile devices that the same service is available on the Mac. The web pages seem to indicate that you can do it using iCloud, but I see nothing in iCloud in System Prefs for Find Friend.

If anybody knows if or how this works, and how to set it up, I'd very much appreciate your help.

Jason Snell at Six Colors wrote a piece indicating it was part of the Today/Notifications list https://goo.gl/DqWZay) of El Capitan, but it doesn't show for me. I seem to recall reading it was pulled at launched, so maybe it will come back with an update.

Display the "Notifications" window and click on the Today tab. Click on Edit button at the bottom. That will display a list of available widgets, one of which will be "Find My Friends".

There is find my friends on Mac now, but you go to iCloud — Sign in and click on find my friends. Also, in the nonfiction center, you can see it in "today".
