iTunes keeps losing my library every 2-3 days!

Hello all,

I do have the same problem as the first post, however, I do use an iMac, not a Windows system. The only thing that is different is that now I moved my library to Time Capsule. But I have been using capsule for the last 6 months without a problem. This problem started about 3 weeks ago, and it is very annoying. Every 2 days, iTunes can't fine the iTunes Library folder, so I have to locate it manually and the program will take literally between 15 and 20 minutes to be ready (I have about 40,000 files).

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Your library will perform better on a locally connected external drive. You can then have the Time Capsule back that up for security.
