Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Hi - I have copied my iphoto library to an external hard drive, but would like to access the events/albums without having to open the whole library. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Right I don't know how to use iPhoto as I never have or would use it.
No one here cares a whit what you do with your photos - but when you give incorrect advice concerning a program that you do not use and do not understand - then expect your mis-information to be corrected - this is a place to help people - not give them incorrect information
And as noted in the TOU you should not post solution or answers that you have not personally tested
Test your answer. When possible, make sure your Submission works on your own computer before you post it.
So since you do not use iPhoto and are not complying with the TOU is would be best if you trolled a different forum

If you want to critize anyone then you shoulld first learn what you are posting about - if you make valid posts no one will comment but when you post invalid and incorrect information you will be corrected so that people who actually want help do not get misled by trolls
