iOS developer program purchase error

Hello everyone.

I have this error when i try to buy iOS developer program purchase. I don't know what to do. I get errors that my credit card is invalid etc. I don't know how to put the credit card information. In the Payment & Pricing Help it says: Remove dashes or spaces from the account number. So i tried to put my credit card number without dashes or spaces. However , i've got this mail from apple. We have received your credit card purchase form, however, the information on the form is contains invalid credit card number. Please re-submit a new form to us and make sure that you are only using roman characters. Help, i don't know how to put my credit card number correctly.

Is your credit card a Pre-Paid Visa/Master card? I do not believe that those are accepted by Apple, and you might be getting an error tht the account number is invalid if you are using one.

You have to use a credit card that is in your name and uses your physical home address.

Nothing else is acceptable.

No debit cards, pre-paid credit cards.

I use visa gold credit card. I enter all 16 credit card numbers, but they dont ask me tu put security code anywhere. Maybe that's the problem?

Did You solve your problem?

I have a gold visa and I am trying to put my credit card information in the purchase form.

There is only a credit card number field and my card has 16 digit.

However I have received an email from Apple asking me to send a fax because my credit card number is not complete.

Is it necessary to inform the security code?

Would You help me with this?
