I am running mountain lion and I want to use the iPhoto 11 theme music for other things. my question is, were can i find it

That app is a shareware app and can be used in demo mode for free. I downloaded my copy from the link I gave you and it's never given me any problem. But it's your Mac and your call.
Maybe you can open the iPhoto application by Control (right)-clicking on the application and selecting Show Package Contents from the contextual menu that appears.
Navigate down to the iLifeSlideshow.framework and do the same. Continue down till you find the Audio folder and check inside of it.
Then ignore my post above you last post. We crossed paths in the internet.

How is it about the Theme Songs from the new "Photos"-App?
Why are you responding to a topic that's been solved and inactive for over a year. It's not about Photos but about iPhoto and where the audio tracks for the slideshow themes are located.
