Unacceptable. This is the second time in a month that FedEx has not only screwed up with delivery times but the reps on the phone are all rude. I ordered mine with 2-3 day delivery ($18 extra) on Thursday, the 18th. It's now the 27th and the crap reps on the phone are telling me that I won't see it until Wednesday. What the **** was my $18 for? I told them that I'd come pick it up, screw delivering it to me. And they said that I couldn't. Not cool, FedEx. Not freaking cool.

I agree and it is a bummer that it didn't come on time. Fortunately Apple will refund the expidited shipping charge if it doesn't arrive on the 3rd business day after shipping date. This happened to me when I ordered my iMac Core Duo earlier this year. The apple rep told me to call back after the package arrived. It took 5 business days to arrive and they gladly refunded the shipping charge when I called after it arrived.

Apple 20" iMac Core Duo - 2GHz, 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD, 256MB VRAM Mac OS X (10.4.6) + Apple MacBook (Black) - 1GB RAM, 120GB HDD Mac OS X (10.4.6)

Okay, call me naive, but I just assumed my Macbook would ship from southern Sacramento County California, which is about five miles south of my home?! The Apple warehouses and buildings are many there, and my other stuff (misc. Apple Store.com accessories, etc.) came next day, even with standard shipping. So, the Macbook comes from China!! Appears to ship very fast via Alaska, and should arrive in a few days at most in most major CA destinations.

well, I don't know why. I guess that US shipping is more priority because apple in there, major shipping companies in there. I mean headquarters. we here in US usually use Fedex, UPS, DHL. those are all faster and immediate tracking update. but TNT or some other service, which I never heard before, doesn't seem to have more efficient system or something than here.

I'm not buying it its a gift for me.

I just got off the phone from apple and they say i can expected it to be delivered to my door by the 22nd june!

In the UK apparently they have sold out and i have to wait for the next shipment which leaves Shagnhai this Friday (16th June) and it takes upto 7 days to get to the UK!
