ipod touch 5.gen - Error code: 11

Hi, y.day I brought a new ipod touch 5gen.Everything was fine, apps okay, wifi okay.I refused the software refressing for the ipod touch than. But today i allowed. The error code was: 2002, than 1604 now 11! Only the pic of usb cable shown on screen since refressing problem. I tried everything what you suggested in previous comments. eg.: other usbs were removed, remove and reload the newest itunes but nothing changed.I use a pc with windows xp.My ipod is not able to communicate with itunes. My previous ipod classic was died during the first sofware refressing..and now the same problem. Do you have any idea??
