My primary email address will be no more, so I am trying to shift to another one. I wanted to make my alternate email address my primary one, so i added a new alternate...yet it is still not allowing me to change the primary one to the one i wanted (the former alternate) because it says it's my rescue address. what gives? is there some other place where you change the "Rescue" email addy?

Hey I have a problem I see that you can reset your security questions but I can't do that because I don't remember my rescue email adress I've been trying too find out if I can change it but no luck any help would be appreciated.
Call Apple Care for your country and request the Account Security Team. They can assist you in resetting the questions and help with setting a new rescue email address.
Did you ever figure out how to do it? I also forgot the answers to my security questions and I have no idea what my rescue email is. It says it starts with a b, but I don't recall EVER registering an email address that started like that.
