Apple Calendar deletes entries
When entering events in Calendar, it will occasionally delete entries by itself.....like before my eyes. Could this be a syncing issue?

If you're subscribed to a network calendar and events are deleted from the server, they'll also be deleted from the clients.
This is a calendar that is shared with two employees. Is that a network calendar? When entries are deleted, it takes about 10 seconds. The entries disappear or move back if they've been moved. It's like the undo button is being pushed.
You seem to be describing a different problem than the one in your first message. Changes made to the calendar don't stick. You add an event, and it disappears. Is that it?
Yes, that's correct. They disappear as I work. It only happens occasionally and I've found it only happens with future events, not changes made in the past. It's probably happened ten times in the last month and I've put in hundreds of changes. Any thoughts?
I tried the reset procedure, but it didn't help. I just made several entries, worked on something else and when I came back to Calendar, the entries were gone.
Problems such as yours are sometimes caused by files that should belong to you but are locked or have wrong permissions. This procedure will check for such files. It makes no changes and therefore will not, in itself, solve your problem.
First, empty the Trash.
Triple-click the line below to select it, then copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C):
find ~ $TMPDIR.. \( -flags +sappnd,schg,uappnd,uchg -o ! -user $UID -o ! -perm -600 -o -acl \) 2> /dev/null | wc -l
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Paste into the Terminal window (command-V). The command may take a noticeable amount of time to run. Wait for a new line ending in a dollar sign (“$”) to appear.
The output of this command, on a line directly below what you entered, will be a number such as "41." Please post it in a reply.
Okay, I followed the steps. The number is 91.
Do the calendar entries also disappear on the other clients?
I'm not sure if they disappear on other clients. I think so, but I'll have to check when it does it again.
I have the exact same issue. Have you found a solution? Mine has been getting worse and now it deletes every entry the first time, and then the second time I enter it it stays? It's a real nuisance.

Did you get this resolved? It's happening to me as well -- deletes every event the first time I enter it (actually, it changes it to "new event" at 9am, regardless of what details I enter). It does not happen when I add entries from my phone, only from my macbook.
