won't let me download an app
I can't download an app I that I want to purchase
iPod touch, iOS 6.1.3
You might check your restrictions ages

How do I do that
Settings > General > Restrictions > Put in restrictions password > Apps > Put in what ages you want or allow all
i am having the same problem but it says it cant download the app right now and i need to go to apple.com/support/itunes/ww/.
Then contact iTunes as the message says
won't let me download an app
