I can't switch app store (country), remaining 0,01$ balance. Could Apple make it possible to delete or donate app store balance?
iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3
If you can't spend it then you can try contacting iTunes support and ask if they can remove the balance for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
