iPhone repair at Genius Bar in USA while Purchased in KSA

Hi,

I ahve purchased my iPhone 4 in August 2011 and it fell down from my hand and since then I am not able to connect to Apple Server and active my iPhone. I went to all available Apple Techncial Support Centers here but now use. Scree, Camera and all other hardware are working but when I start my iPhone and connect with iTune to activate it says your iPhone is damaged.

Now, I am going to visit Dallas, TX coming week, all Iwanted to know if Apple Genius bar will help me to repair this iPhone there or will they replace this iPhone after paying some bucks? If they would replace that then how much I mught have to pay them?

It is unlikely ,

the Apple iPhone warranty and any follow on service is not international and

can only be carried out in the country of purchase largely due to Carriers locking the devices to their own network in most countries

You could try but do not be offended when they refuse to help

Even I don't want to claim for warranty there but what I want to pay for repairing it. Since, we don't have Apple Genius bar in Saudi Arabia or anywhere in this region. Also, I can use any SIM card in my phone and it is not locked to any carrier.

After all it is a product of Apple and they should care.

In normal course, even out of warrantee repairs are offered only in the country of initial purchase for iPhones. Apple will replace the iPhone with a refurbished one if found to be eligible + a charge.

Some noble soul may do it outside the country of initial purchase...... But highly unlikely.
