I assume you mean to ask how to print in a format that will match Avery 5160 lables. You can do it with Tables or Text boxes. That's all there is to say without knowing what your content is and how it might change from label to label.
Size: 2.625" x 1"
Labels per sheet: 30 (3 Across by 10 Down)
Margins: Top 0.5" Bottom 0.5" Left 0.1875" Right 0.1875"

Hi Peter,
When I do this, it does open the template in pages but it moves the last of the 10 rows onto a second page, so I think it will get messed up in printing since a page of Avery labels has all 10 rows on one page.
Did you find a work around?
Thanks,
Jasmine
Okay, so what ended up working is to reduce bottom margin to 0.17. That brought the 10th row back onto first page. I printed a test page of addresses and they lined up with the borders of the labels on the Avery page. In the third column, the front end of the addresses got very close to the edge of the label, but just inside of it, so it's okay. Not very familiar with Pages yet (or apple computers), so not really sure how to fix that if it gets to be a bigger problem, but for now it works.
Hey, I am just now coming across this post because I was having the same issues...I figured it out and just wanted to highlight what Peter said that the size needs to be 2.625" X 1.0"...that is what did not come standard/correct in the template. Slight adjustments will make it perfect!
Download the Word template for the 5160 labels from Avery's website and open it in Pages.
Peter
Have you opened the correct template for your paper size?
For text fit:
Select the textboxes > Inspector > Text > Text > Inset Margin: increase

Thanks Peter, I'll try that if addresses start to run out of margins. Looks like I'm set for now.
