Download Final Cut Express 4.0.1 impossible,help

I updated my FCE 4.0 to 4.0.1 and when I enter my serial number, it says it's invalid. Thoughts? Work-around? HELP!

Any chance you could repost link to Dropbox? I had a HD crash and am reinstalling and not able to open client project since I'm not able to find 4.0.1. You'd be a life saver!

With 4.0 installed you should be able to install the upgrade using the link posted previously by Rodman Publishing:

You will have to CTRL+click to open it.

Just as an update: I downloaded the file and installed. Not FCE won't open at all, I get an error stating that FCE shut down unexpectedly. I've removed FCE following the instructions for 10.5 I found here: Final Cut Express: Troubleshooting Basics

I've reinstalled the software, opened it, but when I apply the 4.0.1 upgrade, I receive the same unexpected error and can't use the software. I'll keep digging for a solution as all my files are locked up in 4.0.1. Thank you for your help though.
