Can you run Windows Programs on an iPad?

I'm looking for a way in which to run a Microsoft Windows orientated program on an iPad. The program is ADP Autoline's KCML Client. I've installed CodeWeavers 'Crossover' Program on my Mac and have the program working; although there are a few minor things that can't be done due to compatibility issues but works well. Is there a way of doing a similar thing on an iPad?
