after syncing to the new updated itunes i had to re sync all my ringtones but itunes gray's them out and i can't click on them... tried dragging file from desktop w no luck... if i double click file on desktop it plays in itunes, but can't click it to play in itunes and not showing up on my phone in ringtones!!! so ******! give me back my ringtones itunes!!!

You have to drag it to the tones folder under library in itunes not to the device. After that you have to select you phone in itunes and click on the tones tab on the right window and then sync the tones to your phone to get the ring tone onto your phone
itunes stole my ringtones!
