Can I use "for iTunes" in the app name?

Hi,

I developed a "Remote" for Android and would ask if I can use “iTunes” in the app name.

I get already following hint:

http://www.apple.com/legal/intellectual-property/guidelinesfor3rdparties.html

In "2. Compatibility:"

b. The Apple word mark is used in a referential phrase such as “runs on,” “for use with,” “for,” or “compatible with.”

Currently my app called "Remote with DJ & UpNext"

Can I use "Remote for iTunes with DJ & UpNext" ?

Did I need agreement from Apple for that?

Has someone an idea?

Thanks

Erdal
