It is very hard to hunt for the paid iTune apps all the day long.I have received iTune gifts from my brother from London and it can not be redeemed from Pakistan.
Since there exists no facility in Pakistan to buy apps directly and I have to use the latest apps in the capacity of an independent inventor.

All iTunes gift cards are country-specific - so UK gift cards can only be used in the UK with UK-based iTunes accounts. Gift cards aren't currently available in Pakistan, so for purchased items you will need to use visa, mastercard or american express
I'm not sure what you mean by there being no facility to buy apps directly in Pakistan as there is a Pakistan iTunes store with apps in it.
It seems like you think you are addressing Apple directly here, but that is not the case. We are other iPad users like yourself and we can do nothing to help you.
iTunes gift cards can only be redeemed in the country in which they are purchased.

I think you should change your app store to UK and then redeem the gift card.
You need to be in the UK with a UK billing address on your account to use the UK store - the terms for all the stores state that you need to be in the country to use it
