Here is a free and trouble free solution that I am suggesting you through this manual methodological way you are competent to export Outlook 2011 to Apple mails for Mac.
Changes that you have to do in Outlook 2011 email application-
- In Outlook 2011 Launch Outlook 2011, select a mailbox that you want to move to Mac mail.
- Drag the selected mailbox to the desktop of your local system.
- Automatically, that dragged mailbox will be converted into MBOX file (MBOX file is easily supported by Apple Mail). Accordingly, you can drag all your required mailboxes into a single folder.
Changes that you have to do in Mac Apple Mail-
- After all these changes in Mac Outlook, launch Apple Mail -> Choose File -> Import Mailboxes.
- A window will appears that asks you to select a source to import data from.
- Now select that file (MBOX file) and click continue.. button, then a sheet will show. Now use it to navigate to the folder you created for you .mbox file, then clicks the Ok button.
- Now the resulting window, you will get all MBOX files it contains, check mark to all files just next to it.
- Then click continue button and the messages within the checked mbox files will be imported into Mail.
