is there a deaf mode? how to get out of it?
dont know how i did this but my phone is describing every button i push. i have to click twice to access an app and i cant scroll or type anything. how do i fix this? new iphone user. PLEASE HELP

Check: Settings - General - Accessibility - VoiceOver = Off
NOTE: You will need to use 3 fingers to scroll to various menu items.
