“Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed” iTunes Message

Can not buy. Products in the game. Then the words "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/." Please tell me how to solve it.

See Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support if your in-app purchase is being blocked due to local restrictions. See If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support if you don't have any restrictions enabled.

This is a problem with YOUR ACCOUNT. How Apple slove it if you don't contact them and tell them your account has a problem? Do you think they are mind readers? I mean, Apple is pretty smart, but mind reading is not one of their strengths. You would need Uri Geller for that. Just follow the instructions in the message that was displayed.

The instructions are in the message you received. I those instructions are too complicated I will try to simplify them:

  • Find a computing device somewhere (Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, android phone, Chromebook, etc)
  • turn it on if it is off and wait for it to start up
  • log in to the computer
  • find a web browser on the computer and launch it
  • enter the following into the address bar at the top: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
  • press ENTER
  • Follow the instructions displayed on the screen
