And this happened in Indonesia, many users encountered same problem and they afraid to contact Apple Support, because the reply they will got is disabled Apple ID.
This case happened after big scam event on december 2017, Apple made Apple ID more strict even i need to make a phone call and they interogate me like "why i purchase this item, why i purchase gift card, is this in-app purchase not for selling, etc"
And the fun thing, in Apple Terms and Co*****nditions, i'm prohibited to purchase other country iTunes Gift Card or using other country Apple ID in Indonesia (let's say i'm using US Apple ID in my country) but the biggest marketplace in Indonesia "https://www.tokopedia.com/voucher-game/"

What does 'can't supp' mean ? If you mean that you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support you should contact iTunes Support
