I’ve had this problem over and over again and trust me it’s very very nerve-racking and it upsets you when you’re trying to do something play a game and if you’re like me I don’t have much time I’m a single mom and I like my time to play my games or listen to music but you are to call them or chat with them if you can and tell them what’s going on prior to call tell them what’s going on and you’ll be set I think to the billing department and they will get everything done and completed for you set up so just call them and tell them that you’re having the problem with the billing and you need to verify the account so they called them and it shouldn’t take too long but I’m not gonna tell you that for sure just in case I have But I hope you get it all sold and let me know if you do.
