Controlling volume in specific areas

Hey, I'm just getting started with logic express and am trying to adjust the volume at specific points in my track. Is there a tool to manually adjust the volume this way? Also is there a way to do the same thing with panning to the left and right sides in specific spots on my track? Thanks
