Sometimes I give my ipad to my son and he plays games .But sometimes he pushes the screen much and ı am worried about that issue.Do you think it s harmful to push strongly (2,5 years old strong :) ) on ipad screen?

Excessive pressure can damage a screen. A two and a half year old should probably not be left unsupervised with a $500+ piece of electronics. That's only one of many bad things that can happen.
Suggest you install a plastic screen protector. It protects against scratches, and if by chance the screen gets broken, it will hold the pieces together so your 2-1/2 old won't get cut.
