align text to bottom of page

Is there a way to get text aligned to the bottom of the page?

The left/right/centre align tools are extremely useful, and obvious, but short of using 'return' x 30, and then running into problems with the following page break, is there anything similar for up/down.

The third page in book I'm working on is blank except for a few copyright details which I'd like to appear at the bottom of the page, only not as a footer.

You can align top/middle/bottom in a textbox or shape but not in the default text area of a Word Processing document.

You can control placement of text on a page using a Layout Break and the Layout Margins in the Layout Inspector.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your suggestion. I've followed instructions as far as shown, and read the apple help center (fwiw). Trouble is, I still can't figure out how to move the 'layout' break to the bottom of page.

I've tried adding columns, but that does not seem to help.

Am I missing something very obvious?

ah, I just tried playing with margins and it seems to have worked!
