Can I have my ipod touch 5th generation engraved in apple stores?

No. You can try a jeweler or trophy shop.

Note that engraving by a third-party may affect your warranty (not guaranteed to void the warranty but you need to be aware of the possibility) and often reduces the price you can get should you ever decide to sell the iPod. And should you ever have to take your iPod in for service, Apple would just replace it and there goes your engraving. Since in addition most people put their iPod a case or a skin it just covers up the engraving anyway, you should think hard before you decide to get your iPod engraved.
