If you have saved your encryption password in your keychain, you can retrieve it via Keychain access, with your macOS login password
It's gone, unless you wrote your recovery key somewhere.
The whole purpose of encrypting it is so it can not be read without a password.
Did you store your recovery key somewhere?
While you can typically easily recover recently deleted files and there are companies that can even recover, to varying degrees of success, data from a damaged drive, there is no way to "recover" encrypted data as there is nothing to recover. The data hasn't been damaged. Each individual bit has been changed. With encryption, your files aren't simply "locked" with a password, but rather all of the data is actually changed. So there is no way to "reset" the password like you would if you forgot your computers login password. Without the password, there is no way to convert the data back to normal.
I suggest thinking REALLY hard about what you typed when you encrypted. There is no way anyone can assist you in recovering your information without the password,
