i forgot password of my encrypted hard disk of my mac

anyone help me out to recover the data from it

While you can typically easily recover recently deleted files and there are companies that can even recover, to varying degrees of success, data from a damaged drive, there is no way to "recover" encrypted data as there is nothing to recover. The data hasn't been damaged. Each individual bit has been changed. With encryption, your files aren't simply "locked" with a password, but rather all of the data is actually changed. So there is no way to "reset" the password like you would if you forgot your computers login password. Without the password, there is no way to convert the data back to normal.
