Album Art Problem - Need to Reload?

I recently attempted to move my songs from my ipod to a new laptop (without looking up directions on how to do this first). Therefore, I ended up deleting all the songs off my ipod. I reloaded the songs just fine, but now the album art on my ipod is messed up. The artwork appears correctly in iTunes, but for some reason, on my ipod the artwork is different. For instance, I'll be playing Death Cab For Cutie in iTunes and the artwork is correct. And then I play the same song on my ipod, and the artwork is for the Les Miserables Soundtrack. I've tried updating the ipod and I've checked to make sure there isn't mulitple artwork for the song in iTunes. I don't know what to try next...

Thanks in advance for the help!

If your iPod is set to update automatically then try this, if you are updating manually I don't know if it's possible to bring the images back in line without deleting and re-adding:
1. Connect your iPod
2. Disable "Show Album art" in iTunes>Edit>Preferences>iPod.
3. Syncronise the iPod with iTunes. (Disconnecting and then reconnecting your iPod will do the trick)
4. Re-enable "Show Album Art" in iTunes>Edit>Preferences>iPod.
5. Syncronise the iPod again.
