I have Migration Assistant on my pc waiting for my Mac to connect. It is asking for me to select "from another computer" in the Migration Assistant on the Mac. Only I cannot find that option on the Mac where they said it would be. What now?

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2518 explains how to do the migration from a windows computer using the migration assistant. It also explains how to do a manual migration if that does not work.
