I can't complete the Apple Developer registration...

Same here, tryed several browsers on OS X and Windows, none worked.

When I try to go to the purchases page, I get time out error:

The connection has timed out

The server at developer2.apple.com is taking too long to respond.

Please fix this, I cannot finish the development account registration.

I'm also having this issue. Has anyone resolved it? Or do I need to contact Apple directly? My existing account doesn't work, but creating a new account fixes the issue.

Just paid my £60 - very excited to get an activation code.

Click on the code to get an error:

We are unable to process your request.

There was a problem redeeming your activation code. You may have redeemed this activation code already or you may be signed in with the wrong Apple ID. Please verify that you are using the same Apple ID and password you used to begin your enrollment, and try to log in again

£60 is a lot of cash to be told that you may have redeemed this activation code already!

My old account is stuck/loop agreement page, but a new account works flawless

This is rather irritating. I've got the same issue using my current AppleID. Don't really want to create a new one!

I seem to recall a problem with old .mac and/or .me Apple IDs.

The solution was to create a brand, spanking new Apple ID just for the developer account.

I wish I had done that as it turns out it would have been pretty convenient.

This is the way to get it fixed - either call or email Apple support directly.

Called Apple Support and they were clueless and "Had no group to send my call to" Will try e-mail next..
