Pending Purchase and Activation : Registering as a developer

I can't view that page because I don't have an iTunes connect account yet (Chicken and egg).

I'm not sure what to tell you, they've taken £60 from my account which is less than $99 - short of posting my online statements I don't think I'm going to convince you. I suspect what you're linking to concerns payments of another nature which have an FX rate applied from a base of USD.

I guess I got really lucky and the price I was quoted before checking out, the price on my reciept, was the price I was charged...

Also even after I have an active connect account that link doesn't work for me. Again I presume it's with reference to IAP or some other transaction between developers and Apple.

I am in the heart of Silicon Valley. I am even ex-Apple employee. Still same crap. What is wrong with this program? This type of order should be instantaneous.

You are their customer and should be treated with respect and nurtured not with such arrogant insensitivity!!

And as I've said before this ALL stems from Apple setting up at trading/sales relationship with their developers.

Hi,

Two weeks before i've registered but no confrimation to that email. After a week again I clicked on purchase link and submite again, I thought that might be they got my email or not. But still no reply.

After waiting alteast two weeks, today i contacted them, Let see what happens now. I never thought that Apple has so bad customer care. If they are getting lots of requests then it is good for them and they have to increase employees.

Got the same issue. I've already purchased as an individual. Received the invoice and activate code email. After code activation, I got this message:

We are unable to activate your Apple Developer Program membership.

We have received your purchase information and will email you shortly to verify additional details.

On member center:

Contacting Your Reference

We are contacting the reference you provided to verify that you have the authority to act on behalf of your company/organization and to enter your company/organization into legal agreements.

Is this an issue for the individual program enrollment?

I have the same problem. Anyone knows what happended here? I've purchased as an individual. Is there a stupid message? I ask the Apple Support, but I didn't recieve any responding. Upset!

i stuck with exactly your problem was. its been a month. And the activation always rejected , and i already have adtivaton email in first 24 hours after purchasing. I've already email them many times, no reply, and no progress..

yeh everyone, this is quite frustrating for me, as 2 hours ago i purchased the apple ios developer licence for $99 to upload apps to the appstore, i got an email saying that i have payed for it, and my debit card bank displays i have payed the $99, but when i log into my account on the developer website, it says i need to purchase and activate my membership.

but i have already purchased? and i dont know whats going on, someone please help.

Me too.. 4 emails with questions, no reply... They supposed to email their customer.

Same thing happens to me, except I purchased 4 days ago, today I've received my invoice and still on the members area page, i'm invited to enter payments details instead of activation.. Contacted them about my enrollment status together with my worries about the quality of this process..
