Like for Like replacement!

Purchased my 4S form from Dubai while on holidays and regretting it, as Facetime was disbaled in it. Was not aware of this until i reached UK and tried using it.

Last week took it to Apple store as the speakers started playing up. As it was within warranty period they replaced it with another 4S, said the speaker madule was fauly. Was over the moon as i thought the replacement phone would have Facetime as i am in the UK, lone behold all my hopes were shattered when i switched it on! Facetime is disbaled in it too. ***! Called up customer service and complained, their reply LIKE WILL BE REPLACED WITH LIKE

Is it fair, please i need your opinion
