So i got a new Iphone and im giving my old one to a family member, but it still has my old data on it and its linked to my itunes account, i was wandering whether if he restore the Iphone, and most likely put his itunes account onto it, would it affect my itunes/Iphone is some way?

if you restore that phone to factory settings, it will only affect the data/settings on the phone, nothing in your account will be lost or changed.
